Everything stays on your device.

  1. Information we collect** PhotoVault Pro does not collect, store on our servers, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information or other user data. Specifically: • We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or contact list. • We do not collect your location, IP address, or device identifiers. • We do not collect analytics, telemetry, crash reports, or usage statistics. • We do not include any third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs. 2. How your photos are stored The photos and videos you import into PhotoVault Pro are stored locally on your device only, in the App's private storage area. They are encrypted using the Android Keystore system, which uses hardware-backed encryption keys when available on your device. No photo, video, or media file ever leaves your device. PhotoVault Pro has no server, no cloud storage, and no synchronization feature. 3. Biometric authentication PhotoVault Pro uses Android's standard BiometricPrompt API to verify your identity (fingerprint or face unlock) before unlocking your private vault. This authentication is performed entirely on your device. We do not have access to and do not store your biometric data — it never leaves the secure hardware on your phone. 4. We do not sell, rent, license, trade, or otherwise transfer any user information to any third party. 6. Children's privacy PhotoVault Pro is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly direct the App to children under 13. The App does not collect any data from any user, including children. 7. Data deletion All data created by PhotoVault Pro is stored locally on your device. To delete it, you can: • Delete individual photos or albums from inside the App, or • Uninstall PhotoVault Pro from your device, which removes all of the App's data along with the application. Because no data leaves your device, there is no remote data for us to delete on your behalf. 8. Security We protect your photos with: • AES-based encryption keys backed by the Android Keystore (hardware-backed where supported) • Biometric or device-credential gating before access is granted • Storage in the App's sandboxed private directory, inaccessible to other apps While we use strong on-device protections, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device locked, your operating system up to date, and your account credentials safe. 9. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. 10.
