We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Speedometer Simple is a GPS-based speedometer application that displays real-time speed, records trips, and provides navigation information. The App uses your device’s GPS hardware and does not require an internet connection to function.
The speed, distance, altitude, and location data displayed by the App are estimates derived from your device’s GPS sensor. GPS accuracy can be affected by environmental factors such as tall buildings, tunnels, dense foliage, weather conditions, and satellite availability. The App should not be used as a replacement for your vehicle’s built-in speedometer. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the data provided by the App. You should not rely solely on the App for compliance with speed limits or traffic laws.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App while driving or operating a vehicle complies with local laws regarding mobile device use. We strongly recommend mounting your device securely and configuring the App before you begin driving. Do not interact with the App while the vehicle is in motion.
All content, design, graphics, and software associated with the App are the property of Approtic Solution Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Approtic Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, property damage, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, regardless of the cause of action.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Approtic Solution Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
